‘Ek Ladki  Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga has done stupendous at the box office and most of us cannot stop gushing about how Sonam has managed to look super-fit and fabulous. Actually Bollywood celebrity nutritionist and pilates trainer, Radhika Karle is the brains behind Sonam Kapoor’s super hot bikini body. She has revealed Sonam Kapoor diet plan on her social media account and I guess you would definitely love to know what this stylish fashionista eats through the day. Let’s check out!

In an interview, she said it was Sonam’s mother, Sunita Kapoor, who first came to train with me for Pilates. “I think it was after 2 days of training with me that Mrs. Kapoor asked if I would train her daughter. I agreed and it has been a fantastic roller coaster ride with Sonam since then,” said Radhika.

She even travels with Sonam to make sure that she gets right nutrition even during her outdoor shoots. The vivacious, super fit trainer said, “when Sonam travels, she does not have time to think about meals. I ensure snacks are carried, she gets her food on time, and most importantly stays hydrated as the air travel really dehydrates the body.”

Radhika said, “the meal plans I create at Radhika’s Balanced Body are all personalized meal plans based on the client’s lifestyle, fitness goals, and any medical conditions. We recently did an ovo-vegetarian diet plan (eggs for protein, no meat, no dairy) which worked very well for Sonam and allowed for some great inch loss.”

PRE MORNING WORKOUT

  • Juicifix cold pressed Go Green juice or Black coffee
  • Fruit

BREAKFAST

  • ½ cup fruit (mango/pomelo/fresh berries)
  • 2 eggs + 1 slice gluten-free toast with ¼ avocado
  • Coffee made with almond milk

SNACK

LUNCH

  • Half cup cooked rice + ½ cup cooked lentils (dal)
  • ½ cup cooked seasonal vegetables (sabji) or 75gm fish (smoked salmon/grilled fish)
  • ½ cup salad

SNACK

  • Juicifix cold pressed fruit juice
  • ½ fruit (apple/orange/ or 1 cup watermelon)
  • Grilled vegetable sandwich with Green chutney (mint, coriander)

DINNER (always before 7.30 pm)

  • Fresh homemade vegetable soup
  • ½ cup cooked veggies (stir fry/sauteed)
  • ⅓ cup cooked potato or rice or flat noodles

SONAM KAPOOR WORKOUT PLAN

A nutritionist, yoga and pilates instructor, Radhika is particular about Sonam’s workout routine. She said, “as travel for shoots, events, and promotions are very hectic, so there really is no weekly regime but I make sure to incorporate a variety of workout in Sonam’s routine. It includes pilates, weight training (Sonam’s favourite exercise), an interval training, and swimming (both of us love) which makes for a great cardio workout.
