TURMERIC MILK RECIPE
- 1-inch grated dried turmeric or ¾ to 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 1 glass of milk.
- Honey (or any sweetener)
Put one-inch turmeric piece in a pan and add milk in it. Let it boil for about 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the prepared turmeric and milk drink and pour it into a glass. Add half a teaspoon of honey or any other sweetener of your choice.
Drink this herbal spice drink while it’s nice and warm!
