  • 2 teaspoons jeera
  • 2 glasses of water

Instruction

  • Soak two teaspoons of jeera overnight in a glass of water. Being soaked for that long, the seeds swell up and release bioactive compounds into the water.
  • In the morning, either drink this pale yellow, earthy coloured water directly or boil on medium flame.
  • If boiling, allow the jeera to steep into it for 15 minutes or so to ensure the jeera is properly infused into the water.
