But you can reverse this by taking good care of skin and hair during the night. A good night’s sleep plays a huge role in keeping our skin in good health. You all must be wondering how ?

Cellular renewal of our skin is faster at night than during the day. But only a good night’s sleep is not good enough for a healthy skin until and unless we put in some little bit of efforts.
